This weekend we went to Riverside Camping and caravanning club site near Skipton, Yorkshire. It was great we got there Friday and they took us in a big field to play its especially for dogs but there was only us so we played fling-a-ring for an hour.
Saturday we went to Skipton it was really busy in the centre as they had market stalls on but we were both very good so we go pigs ears and rawhide shoes as a treat from the pet stall. When we got back to the camping site they took us on a lovely ramble from the site into the Dales, it was really muddy and I almost ran into a field full of tasty sheep, I had to go back on my extendable lead after that.
When we off again its great this camping we get to spend hours in the fresh air and get lots of walkies with new sights, sounds and smells.
Well they took us to Janmar Farm in Macclesfield. Its a Camping and caravaning club site that was very small and quiet just perfect so we could be on our tie out cables with plenty of room to strech our legs. They dont put us on the stake outs as we pull them up.
It was a lovely sunny day and there was no children on the site, but there was a boxer and a King Charles Spaniel but we didnt mind as they were not too close to our territory.
We went for tea to the local pub where everyone wanted to know what breed I was they all said how gracious I looked HA they have not seen me playing and rolling in cow pats obviously.
I let them stroke me anyway and even Cassie got patted without growling.
